Terms of Service

1. Who you're dealing with

"Anchorage Hub," "we," or "us" means PolarPeakDigital, Inc., an Alaska corporation. "You" means the individual or organization using the site, REST API, or MCP server at anchoragehub.ai.

2. What you're allowed to do

You may browse the directory, call the public API under the quotas described on the Pricing page, and connect an MCP-compatible client (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to our MCP endpoint. You may cache listing data for up to 24 hours; we ask you refresh at least daily so agents don't show stale hours or services.

3. What you can't do

• Don't scrape beyond the published rate limits.
• Don't resell bulk data dumps of the directory.
• Don't impersonate a business owner you don't represent.
• Don't use the API to spam, defame, or mass-book in a way designed to deny real customers service.
• Don't use it for anything illegal under Alaska or U.S. law.

4. Bookings & commission

When an agent places a booking via POST /api/public/v1/bookings, we forward the customer's contact info and request to the business. Commission terms are listed on the Pricing page and may be negotiated on a per-partner basis for enterprise tiers.

5. No warranty

The directory is provided "as is." Business hours, services, and availability are submitted by third parties; we make a best-effort attempt to keep them fresh, but we do not guarantee accuracy. Don't rely on a listing for life-safety or time-critical decisions.

6. Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Anchorage, Alaska.
